Deep Course Meditation.

Gabriel J Callahan

I self-published this book two years back. I realize it has faults, but wanted to upload it, as I'm re writing it!

A meditation guide to inspire each person as an individual, to bring out the best in their character, by polishing those great qualities, that are within all of us.
This book was written and the inspirations set out to create a sense of ease and enjoyment, in working closely with colours, you may wish to enhance closer to spiritually, and feel comforted by, in the daily goings on in life.
By feeling greater in tune with colours and the sense of energy they hold: feel them to bring a secure approach, towards a balanced perspective of emotions; those seemingly unmovable blockages begin to digest. This in turn allows the true wonderful strengths of your soul (Higher self), to merge with that which is a tranquil you, in your material lifestyle!

I wanted to share this version of the book. I'm trying to get around to re doing it, in the way 'D.C.M' was meant to be! Alas, I was way too eager to show off a book I had published back then...
Also, It's published under another name (James S Graham.)
Hope you enjoy it! :D

We all need to meditate, like we all need to exercise. From what i read you seem to have got something here, and suggest you keep working on it as you are.

I continue to meditate sporadically. How i shall solve this i have no idea... lol.

DEEP COURSE MEDITATION
I like this book because of its straight forward approach to meditation. I’m sure there is a large audience of people out there who feel they could benefit from this. It’s an interesting read. I’m adding it to my shelf. Burgio (Grain of Salt).

Dear Gabriel, This is your 3rd book I'm backing - lots of work you put into it. :) Could you take a moment to back my 2 memoir books? Thanks. :) Love, Susie :)

Deep Course Meditation

Hi Gabriel,

What a lovely name and what a well written book. Meditation is something I have always wanted to put into my life and I have never found the time. I found your book accessible and very easy to read, you use metaphor effectively to express ideas and the chapters are short and manageable, as a self-help guide it does exactly what I would expect it to do.

An accomplished piece of work that must have taken such a long time to pull together, coherent, well-edited and interesting. I will read on and you never know might actually start the process of meditation, you know, when the school holidays come and I have the time!

Backing this book
Best wishes and good luck

Hi Gabriel, Very directed in the approach and explanation before the 4th chapter when the exercises begin. I’d not read about color meditation before and its creating of aura. Only knew that meditation needed a focusing point. You also gave the aim of your exercises – I liked the showering of the mind image and that your meditation exercises are for cleansing the mind and in re-entering life. The writing is keen and keeps to its emphasis. The exercise in Chapter 4 was one that could be followed without confusion. Nicely constructed! Shelved – Katherine (The Swan Bonnet)

Hi Gabriel. I think this is a great insight into the subject. You've presented the ideas in a very well organized manner. Your writing is competent, flows well and makes the ideas easy to follow and understand. I can't think of any more to say about it that that. I like it. On my sheld, and the best of luck with it.
