It's kind of annoying that when you quote someone you can't view and edit the text you're responding to. Particularly if it's a 5,000 word post and you only one to respond to one or two lines. Posted: 25/07/2012 08:31:12

You can copy and paste the quote and into your reply and strip out the lines you don't want. Posted: 02/08/2012 11:01:09
Yeah, I just need to relearn how to format it so it stands out from my own reply. Did you open this thread because it was flagged as a new post but then there was nothing in it? I found this out by accident. I deleted a post that didn't work and it still kept my name and the date of last post in the thread properties. Posted: 02/08/2012 11:04:44

The forums interface sucks to be honest. It needs a rebuild, and hopefully will get one. For now, if it's something that bothers you, then the copy/paste option is probably best. Posted: 02/08/2012 11:08:17
