I don't normally plug a story unless the author is putting himself/herself about and becoming involved with the site. With that in mind, this is an exception to the rule, as this story is one of those stories that some may relish, simply because of its outlandish characters and events.

Django Zoon was an ordinary guy that worked nine to five in a factory by day and sang with his rock band in his local pub by night. What seemed to be a chance meeting with a childhood friend gave him the opportunity to join a special group of individuals. Rapidly climbing the ranks his journey was not an easy one, encountering tremendous pain and suffering as he was thrust into worlds of evil and madness, emerging as a strength to be reckoned with and believing there to be no one to stop him in his quest for supremacy over all dimensions and levels.

He met and fell in love with Grace Woodruff LeCrabbe, wanting her with him every step of the way to his becoming the supreme master of time and space, but someone else had other ideas and he found himself doing battle with the most unlikely of adversaries.

The Straightener is the first of Django’s adventures. A sick and twisted tale of madness and evil that confusingly twists and turns through time and space, yet has moments of romance and tenderness, love and compassion, humour and frivolity, adventure and excitement and sheer unadulterated stupidity.
