Hi, I need some help. i have to introduce (about 6 minutes) geraldine McCaughrean at a bash next week. I've read a lot and sorted out how to pronounce her name and got all her awards listed but I can't get close to what makes her tick as a writer because all her books are so different. Any ideas?

It was fine. i reread and began to see a line through it- vulnerable characters growing through events and challenges to assumptions- she was brilliant- funny and profound.
