Thanks I'll add it to my list I keep on my comp. I'm slowly getting around to reading the books on this link. I'll comment if I see anything that stands out.

Check out Dyane Forde's "The Eagle's Gift." It's a great MG/Children's book.

There aren't enough children's writers on this site. I would love to give some shelf room to some great Children's and/or Middle Grade books. Not YA(sorry!). So if any one has any suggestions please post them below. Here are a few of my favorites:

1. My Friends Are Dead People by Tony O. (MG Story)- http://www.authonomy.com/books/36573/my-friends-are-dead-people/
"A black cat. Zombies. Witches. Werewolves. And an afterlife that has turned some of the dead into monsters."

2. The Silhouette by Thomas Shaw. (MG Story)- http://www.authonomy.com/books/34102/the-silhouette-alan-quinn-1-/
"When his father goes missing, Alan Quinn’s search plunges him straight into the middle of an ongoing battle of magical races."

3. Magic of the Frogs by JJ(Children's)- http://www.authonomy.com/books/33971/magic-of-the-frogs/
"What do a dark wizard and a beautiful sprite have in common? They are both searching for Bastion, and the Frogs of Covington." close quotes

Here's one for the New Year.
Power Puppy by Michelle Williamson

Adventure, excitement, it has it all. Probably for 8 - 12 year-olds depending on reading ability.

NEVERDARK

http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0069TD5AI

Former Authonomy Gold Star. Here's what HC had to say about it:

NEVERDARK is a charming fairytale-adventure for children of around eight and upwards. It is a traditional tale, but it certainly doesn’t feel old-fashioned. This is in large part due to the vivacious writing and the very engaging authorial voice.

I found NEVERDARK a really enjoyable read. The writing style feels quite effortless, and the story romps along at a fantastic pace. Princess Fiera’s world really came to life.

One of the key strengths of the book is Princess Fiera herself. The princess is a really fresh character. She is no hackneyed fairy-princess! She is a fantastic, hugely appealing heroine who I think child readers will relate to and care about.

For sale now on Amazon.com or, if you have Amazon Prime, you can borrow it from the Kindle Select Library for free.Smile
