TSR rises when you back a book low in the rankings and it rises.

By my reckoning you've got about 14 hours before the new backers begin to kick into Fuzzy's ranking on the system - maybe a little more given that the system isn't updated in real-time.

What's the surge going to be in the end? 2000 places or so?
