Hello ,

Hope you are well. Maybe you would like to try out my new satire, Doghouse Blues. Here is an endorsement:

I was attracted to Doghouse Blues from the pitch alone because it was so very different. There are so many budding writers out there who want to earn the same sort of money as J K Rowling by writing exactly the same kind of book and , to be frank, I am getting a bit tired of it.
This, on the other hand, struck me as being an original piece of work. The product of a lively mind and written by someone who is an excellent observer of the real world out there and who knows how to translate his observations into print. Just the right amount of dialogue, which carries the story along well.
I have not read the complete book (yet) but have dipped into it fairly freely to see if the momentum is maintained. It certainly is.
Philip John

Looking forward to reading your comments on the Doghouse Blues webpage.

All the best,

Clive

"The Prince and the Singularity – A Circular Tale" is a book with one big advantage, one only needs to read the first 40 lines to know whether one is going to like the story or not. If after the first 40 lines you're not hooked, no need to bother reading the rest.

Hey there, Project Z. My investigative piece ‘THE CASE OF THE DROWNING MEN: Investigating the Smiley Face Serial Murder Theory’ will be featured this month in Crime Magazine, a leading resource for followers of true crime. I’ve also previewed it on Authonomy this week. You up for solving some murders…?

(And if you hate the book, then please consider backing the other truly excellent ones on my shelf—tons of talented writers on this site who could really use some extra support!)

Kind regards to you, and best wishes—
E.R.

Backed and star rated Seson of the Dead.Great take on the zombie infection-invasion theme. I love this type of books. The more gore and horror the better. Got started on the movie Night of the living Dead and have not looked back! Will pass the title to friends on the site who like this genre. Hope you will have time to check out our book, Dark Side.

I'm digging the writing style so far on "Season of the Dead". I will read on and give a thorough review shortly.

I made a massive edit to and threw in a dash of West African witchdoctor medicine, a little New Orleans back water mystery, and a lot of HP Lovecraft and Stephen King horror into "The Devil Of Black Bayou". Check out the new edits if you get a chance.--JL

Hi there - just extending the hand of friendship.

I'm still fairly new to the site, but I've found it to be an extremely constructive and rewarding experience so far, though it does pay to have a thick skin sometimes.

Backing books, making friends – that seems to be the way to raise the profile, so here I am. It would be fantastic to hear from you.

All the best, have a great day - Cas

PS: If you do happen to get the uncontrollable urge to look at either of my books, here are the links
http://authonomy.com/books/42586/slow-poison/
http://www.authonomy.com/books/42590/bloodstones/

Slow Poison is dark and brutal, Bloodstones is a gentler read, but gets tougher as the story progresses. A little like Larsson, Welsh, Niffenegger I have been told. (…but I haven’t read any of their work yet…so you’ll have to be the judge of that…)

Backed Season of the Dead. I am not an author, but l am a fan of horror novels. I’m on vacation and staying at “America's Most Haunted” hotel, Crescent Hotel in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Needed a good read for the chilling adventure. Read chapter 1 and will be back for more this evening. Your book was recommended by CC Brown author of Dark Side. Read, liked, star rated, and backed. Hope you will find a place on your shelf for their book.

Hi, Sir Vye Vours. I'm letting you know about my book "Graffiti Heaven" as it's currently at number 27 and I want to give it an extra push to the desk. So close! Anyway, it's set in New Zealand and is about a group of young adults dealing with sex, love, bullying, family and betrayal. If you have time to check it out that would be wonderful. All the best, Marita.

Hi Project Z,

“Informers and blackmailers, phrenologists and dissectionists, lowlifes and murderers in early Victorian Dublin.”

I’d really appreciate it if you could have a look at the start of my first novel, The Morning Drop.

I’m happy to return the read.

Cheers,
Andrew.
