Hi Rodney,

You previously commented on my novel Mute. I recently posted Famous After Death and I'm looking for feedback.

The story:

Everything else has gone viral, so why not murder? Three Miami teenagers turn victims into web celebrities.

Let me know if I could help you with something.

Best regards,

This is it! The grand finale, the grand push!! After much hard work, and with YOUR much appreciated support, WE’VE broke through and entered the Teens!!!
In appreciation for all your sincere, honest help, I am posting the ENTIRE book, including the epilogue!!! You can now read how Jessup saves the day, and you’ll find out who he decided to live with when he went before the judge. You won’t want to miss the ending! I welcome you to read the last chapters (12, 13, and the Epilogue), and please help me hone these last chapters and get them ready for the desk. I am looking forward to your comments and continued support. Any help you can offer would be humbly appreciated to get me to the desk!

Rodney,

You supported my book a year ago, and gave me a bunch of stars. I am going to try for the editor's desk this month and would really appreciate a boost, if you could put me back on your watchlist, or if you could put me on your shelf for a month. I'd be greatly indebted to you, and would do anything you needed from me in return. And if you have a friend or two that you could please ask to read, and watchlist too, would be awesome!!! THank you for your support, and believing in Jessup and the Teleporter!

Sincerely,

Donna

Hey,

I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say hi and to tell you my book The Revealing has made its way into another contest, but the competition is heating up. You have been so supportive in the past, I was hoping you might be interested in casting a vote in my direction. All you have to do is go to the below website and click 5 stars. It’s super easy. You may even want to consider entering your manuscript into the next round. If you do, give me a shout. I’d be glad to return the voting favor! Thanks, happy writing!

It's difficult to get noticed I think. Finding much the same with mine on Amazon UK. 400,000 books (that's just UK branch) why would anyone stumble across any particular one. Sigh.

Hi and happy New Year.
Very freaky coincidence. I was talking about The Father on a nastiest character thread, then saw Patricia's thread.
I may have to go for a lie down to recover!

Hope sales are going well. I'll check in and see. Keep wanting to call it Greendale though.
My book is up on Amazon uk too now, small indie publisher but at least they pay me - I hope.
It's a bit up and down on the sales front.
Best Sue

Patricia Laster wrote 163 days ago

Hey, sweetie, you don't need to thank me on the thread - or even acknowledge me :) Just post some info about yourself and your experience on this site and split the info up into several posts hours or even a day apart - that way it'll keep the thread going. I responded with a bunch of questions which you can answer in additional posts. Hope this helps the book cause it deserves recognition and I know lots of readers will enjoy it!

Patricia Laster wrote 163 days ago

Rodney: Just a suggestion, if you'd like, it'd help keep your book on the main forum threads if you'd also come on the thread and post a comment every now and then - perhaps something about your other books being published on one post and then another post about how long "The Father" has been on Authonomy and perhaps a post about how you came up with the plot of "The Father", etc. etc. Meanwhile, I'll bump it occasionally also.

Perhaps this'll let some more readers know about "The Father." It's a shame that folks on here don't know how good it is!

Patricia Laster wrote 163 days ago

Wow, that's wonderful news - that you've found a publisher for your other books. You *should* be published! Perhaps now your books will really take off and you'll not need authonomy any more, not even for "The Father!" If I were you I'd leave a sample (3 or 4 chapters) of my book here for the great advertisement it gives - and the address of where it can be purchased.

Best wishes with this tremendous book! I'll bump the thread a few times over the next couple of days and see if we can't get people to notice it. It is *such* a great book!

with admiration,
Patricia

Rodney: Just to let you know that I started a thread promoting your wonderful book! The thread can be found at this link:

Hi, Rodney!
I've just written a new prologue for my book. IT's not like anything I've ever written before and I'm wondering if you could look at it and give me a little feedback. It doesn't have to be on my book page. Thanks!
