Lindsay,
You might want to click on www.scribd.com/dloganw whereby David Welch interviews me regarding the North Korean situation in "Nuts in the North." This could be a good venue for your book to get Twitter exposure.

How are you? I miss chatting with you. I see you have been off the site for a bit...
Anyway, I wanted to thank you for your continued support of Fresh Meat. It means a lot to me.

Lindsay,

A while ago, you commented on my first book, “Orphan of Greenwich Village.” Recently I have posted the sequel to that book, titled “Children of Greenwich Village.” I’d greatly appreciate it if you would look at this new book, comment on it and rate it as you see fit.

Incidentally, since you looked at “Orphan of Greenwich Village,” I have edited and reposted the book. So if you have a chance, I’d appreciate it if you could take another look at “Orphan” as well.

Regards,
Matt

No problem Lindsay
I had a quiet Christmas with my wifes mum who is 91 but a more noisy New Year with our foster daughter and the kids, our God children.
Our Josh is eighteen now and is 6ft 3in and built like a wall, but he's a real gentle giant. Megan is ten and as tall as me, 5ft 4in, and already a fashion deva, (she's growing up to fast), and lastly there's little William four who is a bundle of energy and wanted me to play with all he's games.
Have you any family Lindsay?
Bard's tale is below 100 now but it still has a long way to go. I'm editing Assassin now to tighten it up and I'm finishing Druid off. I've blocked out Paladin and Mercenary but nothing more at the moment.
Take very good care of yourself and let me know how your hand is?
Your friend
Owen

You were kind enough to check out my book, Sparks in the Night, a while ago. I have no idea how much you might remember right now, but either way I'm petitioning all those who did read it to read the new draft I have posted - I've done a lot of editing and seen a lot of scenes evolve upwards, so some feedback from old reviewers would be wonderful. Even if you can't compare it directly, I can still compare your 'take one' with your 'take two'. Thanks!

I’m sending this message to everyone on Authonomy who helped me with THE PUPPET SPELL, be it through backing it, leaving a comment, or even (these amazing people especially) reading the whole book! I haven’t been able to be as active on the site as I used to be because I’ve been preparing for the publication of my first novel. Now I’m thrilled to announce that my debut YA fantasy THE PUPPET SPELL is now on sale on Amazon!

I’m not going to be cheeky and ask everyone to buy a copy, but I’d be incredibly grateful if anyone who left me a positive review on Authonomy could add their review to Amazon/ Goodreads? I’m trying to get as many reviews as possible and I’d be glad of any support as a newbie writer taking her first steps into the publishing world!

Here are my book links: http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/16107853-the-puppet-spell
Amazon.co.uk
Amazon.com
And my author FB page: https://www.facebook.com/ELAdams12?ref=hl
And Twitter: https://twitter.com/ELAdams12

Again, thank you so much! Without the help of you wonderful people, I might never have had the courage to approach a publisher!

Well the time has finally come. Apocalypse Day is here. No not the end of the world, Apocalypse Then Part Two is in the shops now (well it's on Amazon anyway). So take a wander down The Boulevard of Broken Dreams, it's more reliable (and funnier) than a Mayan calendar.

Hello Lindsay,

I sent the below message recently. Wondered if you were in a position to respond yet? Happy to reciprocate.

Hope you are well. Maybe you would like to try out my new satire, Doghouse Blues. Here is an endorsement:

I was attracted to Doghouse Blues from the pitch alone because it was so very different. There are so many budding writers out there who want to earn the same sort of money as J K Rowling by writing exactly the same kind of book and , to be frank, I am getting a bit tired of it.
This, on the other hand, struck me as being an original piece of work. The product of a lively mind and written by someone who is an excellent observer of the real world out there and who knows how to translate his observations into print. Just the right amount of dialogue, which carries the story along well.
I have not read the complete book (yet) but have dipped into it fairly freely to see if the momentum is maintained. It certainly is.
Philip John

Looking forward to reading your comments on the Doghouse Blues webpage.

All the best,

Clive

Can't wait to hear from you, lidy

Hello, I'd like to invite you to take a peek at my final book in the series, The Line- The End of the Line. Please revisit the first two if you have opportunity and critique them again, as they have undergone significant revision both in pitch and story in an effort to improve the read.

The Line - Beginnings
The Line - A means to an End

Lindsay,

It's been a while.

I'm writing to see if I could get you to come back and back HELL'S SUPER. It's now at 23 and still climbing.

I backed you for some time in the spring, though I know I didn't back you when you asked me a second time, but I thought I'd go ahead and ask, since you seemed to like HELL'S SUPER.

Best,

Mark

Hello, you had asked which book I prefer you read, but it's up to you. The first, Beginnings is complete and I have to do a couple minor updates. The second, A Means to an End is just started I have eight chapters so far. I just got back online after the hurricane so it might take me some time to add more. I'm writing the second to include some recaps or reminders about the first books happenings, as so much goes on in the first book, but the only other reason I'm intent on doing that is in case someone picks up the second book first, by accident. You'll still miss a bit if you don't read Beginnings.
Enjoy!

Hello, how are you today? :)

As we're almost at the end of the month, please allow me to introduce a middle grade book that you or your child might enjoy reading. It's a fun, simplistic read titled LEO & ROVER: THE PURPLE MARBLE ADVENTURES.

I hope you could find time to take a look. Many have enjoyed reading it, and I hope you do, too! My boys will appreciate all support: read, comment, rate, back the book.

I sincerely thank you for your time and hope the best for your book.

Cheers,
D
