Hello Steve,

Hope you are well. Maybe you would like to try out my new satire, Doghouse Blues. Here is an endorsement:

I was attracted to Doghouse Blues from the pitch alone because it was so very different. There are so many budding writers out there who want to earn the same sort of money as J K Rowling by writing exactly the same kind of book and , to be frank, I am getting a bit tired of it.
This, on the other hand, struck me as being an original piece of work. The product of a lively mind and written by someone who is an excellent observer of the real world out there and who knows how to translate his observations into print. Just the right amount of dialogue, which carries the story along well.
I have not read the complete book (yet) but have dipped into it fairly freely to see if the momentum is maintained. It certainly is.
Philip John

Looking forward to reading your comments on the Doghouse Blues webpage.

All the best,

Clive

Hi,
Some 200 days later than I'd originally intended - and after a partial re-write, I've finally plucked up the courage to upload my debut novel 'Happenstance'.
Your thoughts on a chapter or so would be highly valued.

Thanks and regards

Thanks Steve. I appreciate your kind words. Here was the announcement (now under contract): http://authonomy.com/forums/threads/104465/publisher-to-sponsor-space-games-/
Note: I'll put Fallen Feather back on shelf tonight as I had planned. ~ Dean

Hi Steve--I am taking A Fallen Feather off my shelf for two days only, just to support a friend. Please do not worry. I'll get it right back on my shelf after 2 days. Space Games has found a publisher so if you want to drop it I am cool with that, but please have the guy with the character from Death-Proof continue to support it (Animod) --haha--love that picture and avi and would miss the pulp-vote support. Your friend, Dean

Hello, my name is James Revino. I am the author of ‘Hollow.’ I was wondering if you might be able to take a look at my work and tell me what you think, good and bad. Any critique would be much appreciated, it is the best way to improve. Of course, if you wanted to back it, that would be great as well. Have a good day, and thanks for your time.

Thank you very much for supporting me. I hope you can continue your support as we strive to stay in the top 5, as it helps your user ranking. I may not make it this month, but with your support, we will eventually. If you can not continue your support, I do hope you can enjoy reading my novel.
If you need any help on the site, please let me know. I hope you have a very nice day.

Since you have space on your shelf, I would like to invite you to consider my novel called Solian Chronicles: Pluto Genesis. It is a positive Science Fiction novel of the near future that has gotten some very good reviews. If you could rate and back, that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your consideration and I hope you have a good day.

Hi. After I lost my son this year, I felt I had to write the story of my life. So much happened, I believe almost everybody can have something in common with me, good or bad. Please take a look and let me know what you think. Thank you

Hi there! I just wanted to say “hi” and introduce myself. My name is Michelle, and I am a Christian non-fiction writer here on Authonomy. I am new, but would love to help you in any way I can.

I have four books here, but would appreciate it so very much if you would take the time to comment and review just one:

http://authonomy.com/books/47250/a-woman-inspired-collection-1/

I know you may not agree with the content, and that’s okay. I would simply love your opinion on the introduction and my general writing style.

My first book is the one most readers seem to identify with because it is born out of my life experiences. To sum it up, I would say it’s about finding the extraordinary presence of God in the ordinary course of life.

My second book is in a "Dear Abby" format, and the answers can be quite cut and dry.

My third and fourth books are in the style of uplifting daily devotionals.

But, to come and meet me and my amazing family, which I truly hope you will...you'll find us in the first book. :)

I hope my stories put a smile on your face today, and warmth in your heart.

Thank you so much for your time! I will review and comment on your book in return.

I also have shelf space, and if I love your book, I will shelve it and back it!

Warmly,

Michelle

Hi Steve,

We commented on each others books a while ago and after seeing you have a space on your shelf I couldn't help but wonder if you'd consider backing me for a while?

I haven't moved off number 18 since the start of the month and was hoping to push onwards with a view to getting some horror onto the Halloween desk come the end of October.

Any support you could give will be greatly appreciated and apologies for such a blatant plea, it seems you need to be quite forward in your appraoch if you want to get to the desk.

Best wishes,

James

Since you have a gold-medal book on your shelf, leaving it there after that will no longer help your user ranking.
If you are looking for a new potential gold-medal book to put on your shelf within this month or next, please consider my novel called Solian Chronicles: Pluto Genesis. It is a positive Science Fiction novel of the near future that has gotten some very good reviews. Thank you for your consideration and I hope you have a good day.

Hi Steve – it’s me again…

BLOODSTONES is so close to the Ed's desk I can almost smell the mahogany. I was briefly at number one, but we're all jostling for space up there in the top five and I'm slipping away...aaargh!

If you could give me a few days on your shelf, I might just make it to the end of the month and that all important Harper Collins Editor’s read.

So if there’s some room for me on your stylish bookshelf, many thanks, all the best from me, your Authonomy friend, Cas.

I won’t forget you…
