Hawk,

I noticed that you've supported a good friend of mine's book, The Beholder, and was wondering if I could convince you to take a look at my book, The Ark of Humanity, and consider lending it your support as well. Here's the pitch.

God flooded the earth to annihilate humanity's sins. What if that sinful race didn't die when floodwaters covered them but instead adapted to breathe water?

Let me know what you think. Have a wonderful day!

- Scott, The Ark of Humanity

Hi Hawk!

Thank you so much for your continued support of The Beholder! It wouldn't be on the desk if it weren't for you. I hope you will consider keeping it on your shelf until the end.

Sincerely Yours,
Ivan

Hey - fancy reading either of my books? One is SF and the other is contemporary fiction, so there's something for everyone...

It's not exactly common knowledge that Albert Einstein's brain was stolen during his autopsy in 1955. Even fewer know his brain was dissected into two-hundred-forty pieces and that several of those pieces were given to doctors across the country and around the world.

Read the pitch for my sci-fi/fantasy fiction, Albert: A Gray Matter, inspired by the facts above, and if you're interested, keep reading.

Hello! My Name is Valerie Willis and I am looking to increase readers for my book, Sakugen.
I am looking for anyone who wants to take a moment and help me edit and/or give me an overall rating.
Below is the long pitch, Thank you for your time!

Nothing like waking up one morning and being told you are supposed to be someone's reincarnate and you're now immortal. One problem. Either you didn't get the memo or something didn't go right.

Hotan finds himself being dragged along as the decisions made by the Old Hotan have started to wreak havoc on all the Immortals of Life's Elements. They were to never wake up. He's supposed to know what to do. And no one knows why it happened. Everyone is looking to him to solve all their problems. He is Rebirth, the leader of the Elements.

He struggles to hang on to what's left of his life as his new one takes over. Will he have to give it all up? All he knows is everything that has happened to him has a major effect on the other immortals in ways he couldn't begin to fathom. Challenged by Geliah, the element of Fear, he struggles to find a way to defend himself. Geliah wants him dead, but little does Hotan know, Geliah is the least of his concerns and far from the nightmare that plagues his dreams.

He must discover the Old Hotan's sin.

Hullo there. My manuscript's landed on the Ed's Desk this month and I was hoping you might find it worthy of your support now so it will hold its position within the top 5. If not, can you please take a look at the other authors on my bookshelf and those I'm promoting on my website? Many, many talented writers here!

CHEERS to you and best wishes--
E.R.

Hi

Sorry for pitching you but this I have come to realize is an unavoidable part of the process, so I'm trying to get some practice.

If your looking for laugh out loud, entertainment; tempered with penetrating insights and deeply touching moments. Not to mention a plethora of incredibly uncomfortable incidents in between; I suggest you read a few chapters of Radical Awakening.

I warn you though my sense of humour is absolutely outrageous and entirely unsuitable for the easily offended.

Cheers Michael

Hi again,

I just wanted to ask if you'd be willing to back A Memory of Blood, now ranked no.4. May will be the last month I'm racing. Win or lose, I'll stop racing in June.

After my mad scramble to the desk's over, I'll happily give shelf space for a good length of time to everybody who helped me get there. While I'll no longer be racing after May, I will stay around authonomy for as long as necessary to honour all my commitments. ;)

Yours hopefully,

Pete

ps I'm hoping keeping me on your shelf should be good for your tsr too. I'm driving v hard for the desk, so I will be going up. ;)

It’s comical. It’s zany. It’ll make you laugh. It’ll make your cry. It’ll give you both wonderful dreams and horrible nightmares.

Move over Dr Who, Puramore promises to compete as a sci-fi comedy tour de force that will grab the attention and entertain YA and Adult readers from start to finish.

Take a look at it now and read it if you dare. You won’t be disappointed that you did.

Hello Mr. Stephens:

"An Unfinished Innocence" explores adulterous alcoholic substance-abusing schizophrenic author/academic/columnist and inadvertent serial killer, Brendan Dogge, and his search for redemption with the help of a small boy and a three-legged dog. A typical love story.

Title: An Unfinished Innocence
Author: j.l. wood-miller

You may enjoy it!

Take care,

Hi Hawk,

I'm writing to you because of your TSR, but specifically to ask you to use it to help keep Literary Fiction alive and thriving at this site. Please think about offering your support to one of these titles.

Both these books fall into the LF category but are at the same time quite different, and hopefully rewarding, reads:

By Winston Emerson

* A Circle in the Woods *
http://www.authonomy.com/books/28372/a-circle-in-the-woods/

- "there is a style and use of language that borders on mesmerizing"

- "an incredible piece of writing"

- “very strong and maintains an anticipatory tension”

- “I devoured five chapters at a sitting with much satisfaction”

- “I think this is the sort of writing that wins literary prizes”

- “fantastic piece of work”

- “masterful composition of an exciting story”

And my own work.

* The Lunatic Sings *
http://www.authonomy.com/books/30880/the-lunatic-sings/

- "has a very Fight Club vibe"

- "like a William S. Burroughs novel with a point"

- "Deftly imitating waves of consciousness"

- "the reader glides through … It’s like dancing in someone’s mind"

- "a singular foray into the past to reclaim the best part of it”

- "like a meditation"

- "once I started it grabbed hold of me"

- "one is compelled to know more about this man"

Regards,

John
