Hi, Mr. Karats! I am in the process of contacting all my friends, and humbling asking for help to get back into the top ten. I was at #8 until a couple of days ago, and my rating plummeted to twelve. I have been tracking to be on the editor's desk at the end of this month, and now it is looking like it will be another dreadful, suspenseful month if I can't climb back into the top ten. If you could put me on your shelf until I finally make the desk, I would be so grateful. Anything you could do to help me, would be much appreciated. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help you! Thank you so much!!!

Sincerely,
Donna

Hello. How are you? I would appreciate to switch comments and feedback with you! Would you be able to do the same? If you want to read the rest of the book....it is finished and on Kindle and paperback on Amazon.com. Proceeds are going to mental health facilities and burn survivors. Would you support? I am so blessed to be able to help others with my story. I hope I will be able to stop even just one person from doing something drastic like I did. I will put your book on my wl and comment:)God bless!Bethany.

Thank you! I was just talking to my wife about how work was finally becoming less stressful and I might be able to take some time off and get some more chapters done.

Hi there.

Not sure if you have backed me before, but a week ago, I deleted my book after 12 months on here and I’ve re-uploaded, effectively starting from scratch. If you would consider re-supporting my book, The Journey,(thriller) it really would be appreciated.

Yannis,
You might want to click on www.scribd.com/dloganw whereby David Welch interviews me regarding the North Korean situation in "Nuts in the North." This could be a good venue for your book to get Twitter exposure.

Hi there..

I am an independent literary agent, and I’ve been contracted by my client, DIP Press, to target a handful of potential Authors for possible publishing.

This is not self publishing; there are no fees of any sort, at any point, required from you, or anyone. We would love to have you submit your manuscript. Submissions are currently being accepted for a limited number of slots, so act now if you’re interested.

The website is www.dip-press.com. Scroll to the bottom of the homepage and click on Manuscript Submissions. The rest is simple.

Hi Yannis, I am dropping you a quick message because in the past you backed or commented on Dreamscape. I have been on the sight for a little while now and over this time have received some great feedback which I think has really helped me to improve this, my first novel. Many edits later I am asking if you would consider revisiting Dreamscape and giving it a run on your shelf if you feel it is worthy. I am determined to make 2013 the year I make it to the editors desk! Your support would be greatly appreciated. More than happy to return the favor.
Best wishes
Rachael

Hey, Yannis. How goes it? My life has taken a dramatic turn. No. No seven-book deal with Random House. I’ve returned to my native country of India—ethnically, I’m only 1/4th Indian, in case the name confuses you; my mom is English and my dad part English—and I’m teaching in a boarding school. I hardly come onto Authonomy these days. I hardly do any writing these days or promotion for the books I have on Amazon. The job devours all my time. Anyway, I was thinking of you and wondering how you were doing and how your own writing is coming along.

I've noticed you've put Five and a Half Tons back on your shelf. Thanks for that.

I can't remember if I mentioned to you that Five and a Half Tons is soon to be published. No firm date yet, though my publisher was talking about May. The published version will be slightly different from the version posted on authonomy - one big change is the the MC will be called Springer instead of Stringer (I discovered that another author has written a series of novels about a detective called Jim Stringer, so I needed to change the name to avoid confusion.)

I'll be in touch again when I have firmer news about a publication date.

Best wishes and good writing, John

Hello!
I am not usually one to send out messages like this, but my book, The Purple Morrow, is currently sitting in 108th spot, which means that, with help, it could reach the Desk sometime soon. But it won’t make it there on its own, so I am turning to my Friends. If you’ve read the book and think it’s worth a spot on your shelf, I would really appreciate the support. If you haven’t read it, I invite you to take a look and let me know what you think. And of course, consider backing it if you think it’s worthy. If you would like a review in return , please let me know. :)

My best regards and warmest wishes to you. :)

Hello Yannis,

Season’s greetings.

I sent the below message recently. Just wondered if you were in a position to respond yet? Happy to reciprocate.

Hope you are well. Maybe you would like to try out my new satire, Doghouse Blues. Here is an endorsement:

I was attracted to Doghouse Blues from the pitch alone because it was so very different. There are so many budding writers out there who want to earn the same sort of money as J K Rowling by writing exactly the same kind of book and , to be frank, I am getting a bit tired of it.
This, on the other hand, struck me as being an original piece of work. The product of a lively mind and written by someone who is an excellent observer of the real world out there and who knows how to translate his observations into print. Just the right amount of dialogue, which carries the story along well.
I have not read the complete book (yet) but have dipped into it fairly freely to see if the momentum is maintained. It certainly is.
Philip John

Looking forward to reading your comments on the Doghouse Blues webpage.

All the best,

Clive
