Hi Jack
Sorry to hear you are unwell. Take care of yourself first.

If you get the chance to return to my effort then I guess I would hope the discovery of the extent of the original in chapter 14 is effective..
And that the tension builds well over the last half dozen chapters to the climax.

It's not you - it's me! I changed the title from Searching For Home to Kateri. Searching For Home was never really a title I felt entirely comfortable with even though it fit and I don't know, I thought given the fact that character's name is fairly unique, maybe I'd just use that. (The lazy way out, maybe...) Thank you so much though!

Oh, just sent a message to her thanking her for the backing. Okay, makes sense. Hee hee - I wish I had two bookshelves... But my husband is not much of a reader. (Not like he's illiterate... LOL). Will try to get to your read today!

Hello - I would like to know if you would be interested in a read swap. I try not to spam, but I think that read swap requests are above that. (I hope!) Searching For Home is a historical fiction set in the American West. Let me know if you are interested. Happy writing!

Thanks for the glowing review, Jack. I'm glad you liked it! I'll look at the "pressed the trigger parts" I already changed them both from "depressed the trigger"... Third time's the charm, I'll switch them up this time.
Thanks again!

You're welcome, Jack.
I hope you enjoy it.

I'd like to think June could be my month, but suspect it will be July. Fingers and everything else crossed.

Hi Jack,

I'm definitely willing to swap reads. Is there a certain area you'd like to have me look at? Or should I just go at it from the beginning?

Thanks Jack. I will get back to warm up kills in next few days. Wish there were more hours in the day lol.

I have always been bale to read first but it is not always good if you are a writer checking your own work because you miss things. Will go back to kills in a couple of days. There just ain't enough hours in the day are there?

Hi Jack

Very impressed by first chapter, reading the story from the killers POV certainly different. Will read more in next few days but have backed you. Perhaps you would have a look at my debut crime novel Second Chances although I warn you it is based in UK police and crime solving but if you don't understand something. then please ask..

SOCOs (Scene of crime Officers) are British equivalent of your CSIs. Hope to hear from you soon.

I loved the description and knew I would enjoy the book. So far I've read the first chapter and not been disappointed. I'll write again when I've finished it.

Hey Jack,

Give me your impressions of my new project, The Notorious P Man Sam Story.

Hi Jack. Thanks for your message about Warm-Up Kills. I've backed it and hope to read it soon. Hope you might do the same for my book Under Mary's Oak (Tanya Carlysle).

Jack,
Thanks once again for backing "Elsewhen". The entire book has now been uploaded, in case you are interested. I will definitely get to "warm up kills" ASAP.

Jack,
Thanks very much for backing "Elsewhen". As for being an actor, you wouldn't believe the dreck we are often asked to read for an audition. I finally thought "I surely can do better than this stuff." And so it began.
Cheers,
Gary Bullock
