Hello. How are you? I would appreciate to switch comments and feedback with you! Would you be able to do the same? If you want to read the rest of the book....it is finished and on Kindle and paperback on Amazon.com. Proceeds are going to mental health facilities and burn survivors. Would you support? I am so blessed to be able to help others with my story. I hope I will be able to stop even just one person from doing something drastic like I did. I will put your book on my wl and comment:) and even back yoir book. Hope for it in return? God bless!Bethany

Hi Wendy
I am currently at No 15 with my Mary's Magic Muffins & Other Tales for Children. I am looking for support of it to take me nearer the coveted ED. I return reads with an honest feedback. As I think it is best to be honest. I will be here for a long time and will support anyone who helps me make it to the desk. Thank you for taking the time to read this message.
Brian.

I haven't been promoting it much. Life's gotten a little busy. Soon, i hope to get it out there a little more. Good luck to you!

Wendy,
You might want to click on www.scribd.com/dloganw whereby David Welch interviews me regarding the North Korean situation in "Nuts in the North." This could be a good venue for your book to get Twitter exposure.

Wendy,

Thank you so much for backing No Risk, No Reward. I missed it in my news feed and just discovered this morning that you'd backed it. I really appreciate it.

No problem, Wendy. I enjoyed your book.

If you have any spare time it would be great if you could take a look at one or both of my books.

Best wishes,
Laura

Dear Wendy,
Now that Julie's wonderful book has made it to the other side I am sure you must be rattling your brain trying to figure out what to back next. Now, as you backed a true life book set in Bradford, it is only natural that you would be interested in a comic paranormal novel set in Puerto Rico where the mosquitoes are scarier than the undead.
I know you may be thinking "I am not into paranormal" or "am I drinking too much coffee?" Or "I prefer my paranormal melodramatic and set in places with blimey weather". Well, never fear- studies have shown that coffee is actually good for you, and we all know there is no such thing as too much of a good thing.
And Fresh Meat is a book meant for people who are not so sure they are into paranormal.
Won't you please have a look? I can almost promise a cackle.
And I return all reads. Slowly, but surely.
Best,
Maeve

Just asking a favor,

Would you take a look at this book and then at the profile. It deserves our support.

Hi Wendy, I have returned! I originally uploaded my book 'Ignited' almost two years ago and after a year off from writing, I am back and most pleased to see that you have stuck through it and your book is doing very well. I read it ages ago, but will take another look asap, knowing our penchant for editing!! Anyway I just wanted to draw your attention to mine again, as you were knid enough to offer comments in the past and now I am back, with a re-edited version of Ignited, I hope you will do the same! Best of luck with And When and i look forward to hearing from you soon. Mae

Hi Wendy,
I checked your pitches and look forward to reading one of your books in March--with no rush.
In the meantime, please check mine and I'll be glad to have some feedback from you on my final draft. If you like what you read, and think it deserves to stay on it's current position at the Desk, I'll be happy to have your vote of backing until the end of the month.
Thanks,
Lucette

ya - it's hard for me too... one thing I've found very helpful is joining groups... then you get a lot more read returns that actually pull through, instead of the people who spam you asking for a read swap and then don't hold up on their end.

are there any groups you can join? I believe there are groups for each tag - I've joined a fantasy group (even though my books aren't fantasy), a young adult group, a Canadian group, and a "cool group"

if you or your book fit into any of the categories, then you can join - my fave is the cool group - because we're so uncool it's not even funny, but the group is really nice and welcoming, and the content of your book doesn't matter - so there's a wide range of books to read and review :)

let me know if you're interested and i'll send you the link!

you have been pimped out!

here's hoping you get some more comments on your lovely book :)

:) glad to hear it Wendy

ya, self-pub is a pain in the bum... I don't like all the promotional work - you end up spending more time doing all that stuff than the writing, and I miss the writing...
