This is my first book, the death of my son gave me the strength to start writing it. It is all real, but sometimes, it reads as a fiction. Incredible stories. Please take the time to check it out and give me very needed feedback and a little help to get noticed by the publishers. Thank you

I enjoyed my read of this book, as with your others, and it's still on my shelf. I'd appreciate your read of 'A Relative Loss', the second book on my page. Any chance?

Thanks, if so,
JRM (Lara)

Hello again, Steven,

Now in my third year on Authonomy, I feel it's time for a bold, immodest request. Despite high compliments from most readers, "The Doctor of Summitville" has lagged in the ranking. So I'm asking some discerning authors I've backed to read the revised novel and, if you find it publishable, to give it a turn on your shelf. I'll gladly reback "Presumed Killed," which I recall as outstanding.

Thanks and best wishes, Bill

I have just posted my newest book, ONE WRONG TURN, here on Authonomy. I was hoping you might check it out if / when you get a few minutes.

http://www.authonomy.com/books/36969/one-wrong-turn/

PITCH: Following two years of bad fortune and living in his parent’s basement, thirty-something year old Phillip Murphy has just experienced a welcomed set of circumstances: a great paying job in a new city across the country and apparently, a change of luck. That was before he just happened to make ONE WRONG TURN.

THANK YOU

Hi,

Would you mind having a look at my book, a piece of contemporary British urban fiction, and backing it if you think its worthy of your support? I'm getting a bit of support and positive feedback on here, but could do with a lot more!!

Thanks,

Hi there,
This is spam! I am writing in hopes that you will considering taking a look at my fantasy novel, The Second Shadow. It is not just another copy of Lord of the Rings, and is instead an original fantasy adventure, one that explores the effects of fear on a society, and questions whether the agents of evil themselves present more dangers than the very fear they create.

Thank you for simple reading this spam. And I appreciate any reading, feedback, starring and/or backing that you are willing to provide.

Hullo there. My manuscript's landed on the Ed's Desk this month and I was hoping you might find it worthy of your support now so it will hold its position in the top 5 . If not, can you please take a look at the other authors on my bookshelf and those I'm promoting on my website? Many, many talented writers here!

CHEERS to you and best wishes--
E.R.

Hi,

I wondered if you'd spare the time to take a look at the first chapters of my novel "The World is (Not) a Cold Dead Place".
It's a darkly comic contemporary tale of alienation, mental illness and the hemogenisation of modern Britain.

According to those who have read it in its entirety, it may well find an audience with fans of Chuck Palahnuik, Michelle Houllebecq, Irvine Welsh and Kevin Sampson.

Hope you feel inclined to read it, and i would greatly appreciate any feedback.

Cheers,

Nathan

Hi

This is an invitation for you to post a least one paragraph of your novel's opening in the forum thread On Writing (If I were an agent, I’d stop reading…..now)

The rules are on page 1 of the thread (please read and adhere to them.)

Format:

Title:
Genre:
Short pitch:
Book Link:
Thread page #:

Chapter 1: up to 600 words

The rest of us will pretend we're agents reading the partial we requested from you. If we make it all the way through without hitting a snag we’ll tell you. If we read something that trips us up, a spelling or grammar issue, a cliche, awkward structure, we’ll point out the spot where we stopped reading and mention why.

The main point of the thread is to get your book some attention and feedback. Our contributing faux agents are a diverse lot, so when it comes time to consider their advice, remember, caveat emptor.

If you take issue with something an agent said, or just want to start a debate or ask for additional feedback, go to the thread titled, “Faux agent water cooler” and post there.

Cheers…

Jack Cerro “The Nymph’s Heart”

ps: If your post gets lost in the slush pile, or you want more feedback, just submit it again.

Hi Steven,
Before I waist your time, this is a shameless promotion, yes, i am sorry, but I don't know how else to get my book around?
It is an adventure story, fantasy, about a troop of cats that must travel into the heart of the most evil place they know and take of the most evil man they know just to keep their beloved valley. Its L.O.T.R. meets Water ship down . . !!! please back it or give it stars if you like it and tell NO ONE . . if you don't :-)
Thanks again
Daisy

Hi

Sorry for pitching you but Iv'e come to realize its an unavoidable part of the process, so I'm trying to get some practice.

If your looking for laugh out loud, entertainment; tempered with penetrating insights and deeply touching moments. Not to mention a plethora of incredibly uncomfortable incidents in between; I suggest you read a few chapters of Radical Awakening.

I warn you though my sense of humour is absolutely outrageous and entirely unsuitable for the easily offended.

Cheers Michael

Apologies in advance for the quality of this spam. I’m never know whether to take the confident, cocky approach and tell you how brilliant my book is (which it is of course) or the polite and subtle I’d be so grateful for your time line (I really would appreciate it though). So as you can see I can’t really ask people to read my book because I just don’t know what to say in the message.
