Hi lightning conductor and welcome to the site. If you have any questions re this madhouse just give me a shout and I'll try to answer them. Your profile made me think you might like my book - If you like supernatural thrillers it might fit you. The Angel Chord - three strangers stumble into an End of Days demonic plot and discover that atheistic, hooker-using, guitar playing angels are the world's only hope. It's at number 10 and Im trying my best to keep it climbing towards the desk and I'd love to hear any thoughts on it if you had time. All the best lightning conductor

Hi Lightning Conductor. I was reading profiles to see who might want to read my book and came a cross your page. I don't often find someone as new as you on this site, welcome aboard.

This may be a little premature because you're not set up yet and I don't know what you like, so let me just make you aware of my book: A PLACE IN LIFE. It's literary fiction about the life of a boy told through a series of catastrophic events and failed relationships. When you have a chance I'd appreciate it very much if you'd take a look at a chapter or two and let me know what you think. Also remember, if it doesn't come up to your standards, all you have to do is stop reading - no strings.

In any event, many thanks for your time.

Hi,
Apologies for the spam, but would you mind having a look at my novel? I'm looking for feedback from as wide a range of readers as possible, and backings from those who think it's worthy, to help my slow limp towards the top 20 in the rankings. It's contemporary British fiction, with a bit of a gritty urban edge (i hope).
I am of course happy to return all reads.

Hope you can find the time.
Nathan

Much appreciated.

Magic Door knob
T.D.Holland

When Ricky’s dad goes missing, he leaves Ricky with a small brass doorknob as a reminder of their days spent together, inventing things. Quickly, Ricky discovers that this is no ordinary doorknob; in actual fact, the brass article is magic, and when placed on a flat surface, opens a portal to fantastic and different lands.

I'm glad you liked what you have read. If I can help I will be happy to do so, although I'm not sure I'm the right bloke to ask. You can email me your synopsis at cattim@talktalk.net.
