Laurence, here's a belated *thank-you* for backing my Acres of Diamonds! (I've been Awol a couple of days...) It's very kind of you - just hope you didn't mind the U.S. spellings!

I believe I read your Cross of Goa some time ago...(!!! Well, I've been here since the year dot.) But, I shall revisit as soon as I possibly can, to see if it's gone from excellence to beyond excellence. Ha. (Seriously, I do remember it being worthy of such a description.) Thanks again for now, from Kay x

Thanks for the time "The Secret of Netley Abbey" was on your book shelf. As it was less than 24 hours Authonomy don't register it!
All the best

Hi Laurence! Being portuguese, I've almost read all the chapters, and I enjoyed it tremendously. Whenever and if you can, I would be grateful for any comments on my work "A Manifest of Sins". Thanks and good luck. Rgds

Hallo Laurence, Thank you for putting my book on your shelf and backing it. You will notice that it is filled with mistakes due to the fact that I'm Dutch. But you enjoyed it anyway so to see.

Hi Laurence,
I have noticed you have two of my favorite non-fiction books on your shelf. I am wondering whether you have taken a look at my book already. The style is quite different from those two -African Diary, and Adopted by the Amish - but the theme is just as serious. It's my memoir as a UN Peacekeeper in Africa. I'd appreciate your comments if you feel like reading it.

Best regards,
Ruko

Hello Laurence and thank you very much. I see you have backed my book. Having looked at your profile and seen yours, the blurb sounds most interesting and I have added it to my watchlist to read when able. I have only just added a couple of new books, so it will be a wile before I change them, however, I will read yours in the meantime and post a comment when able, Lorraine xx
