Hi, Erin, I would be honoured if you could spare some room on your shelf for my children’s book should you deem it worthy.
I gave a honest comment of your own book a few weeks ago and enjoyed the read.
I really would appreciate your help at the moment; I’m at number six and knocking on the door.
Thank you for your time, Erin, I really appreciate it.

Kind regards,
Neville. The Secrets of the Forest – The Time Zone.

Hi Erin, I have just finished reading a few of your short stories and I really enjoyed the. I left a comment and lots of stars, and I now look forward to reading your comments on my book FOUR CORNERS.book one.The Rock Star. If you get chance afterwards, will you have a quick look at my book of poems and tell me what you think? I was after views on which poems were the best so that I can put a book together for publishing.

Dear Erin;
I was browsing our new members today and found your book intriguing. I was wondering if I could interest you in a reading swap. I'm looking for comments and if you like it your support by backing my work 'Ella In Between' (Witty, endearing, with touches of heartwarming humor. An emotional tale of a young German woman marrying a soldier and ultimately adjusting to life in America.)
Thank you so much and best of luck;
Elke

Welcome to Authonomy, Erin! Lovely to meet you!

MISS MANNERS recently entered the Top 5 on the Editor’s Desk chart (so exciting!) and I really can’t thank everyone enough for all their incredible support - this would never have been possible otherwise!

But, as I'm sure you already know, the toughest test yet is to keep MISS MANNERS in the Top 5 until the end of the month! And without new, renewed and continued support, that would just be plain impossible! Hopefully, with your help, we can take it all the way to the ED! Fingers, toes, arms and legs crossed!

So, if you have the time (and space), I'd really appreciate if you could perhaps spare MISS MANNERS a little time on your shelf just for this month to guarantee its place on the July Editor's Desk? It would be so great if you could and it would mean so much to me at this crucial time!

I've watchlisted THE LAST TRAIN HOME & OTHER STORIES and really look forward to reading it as soon as possible – it sounds great! I’ll also recommend it to friends, family, colleagues and anyone else with access to the internet!

Although I have quite a few wonderful books yet to read on my list, I will most definitely get to each and every one of them and support them fully with eventual ratings, backings and constructive comments.

My humblest and sincerest thanks,

Iman xxx

Hi Erin - welcome to Authonomy!
Please forgive me for approaching you out of the blue but I just wondered if you'd be interested in my novel, Swimming Naked. It's an elegiac evocation of rural England, a maritime adventure, and a love story, which explores gently observed truths about sexual desire, both conventional and unconventional, and set at the end of the 18th century. Here's just a few recent comments:

“The richness of detail and deep sensual descriptions drew me in from the opening lines. Thought provoking, not one to skim over”

“It was the sensuality underlying this book that pulled me in and I think it is handled beautifully”

“Thank you so much for the captivating read”

“I started reading you book based on Richard's recomendation in the forum. I must say it is beautifully written”

“There is something so different and haunting about this book. It seems timeless and it flows like a river. I love the chapter titles that relate to water and swimming, so clever. I loved the natural open eroticism here…I'm proud to back this gorgeous book.”

Hope you think it sounds interesting
Best wishes
Toe

Hi Erin and welcome to the site. If you have any questions re this madhouse just give me a shout and I'll try to answer them. I will check out your book as soon as I can - pitch sounds good. If you like supernatural thrillers then my book might fit you. The Angel Chord - three strangers stumble into an End of Days demonic plot and discover that atheistic, hooker-using, guitar playing angels are the world's only hope. It's at number 4 and I'm trying my best to stay in the top 5 for the end of the month to get a Harper Collins review. I'd love to hear any thoughts on it if you had time. All the best Erin and I always return reads.
Derek

Just some helpful hints to those new friends out there:
You user ranking or TSR (the number below your picture) is important when supporting other books. Since you are "not yet ranked", here are some ways to start getting a TSR:
1. Add books to your shelf.
2. Comment on a person's book.
3. Add a picture to your profile.
It will usually take a few days after you start doing those things before a TSR will show up.
Hope you enjoy the books your read on this site.

Dear Erin, I read your pitch and found it interesting. I've watchlisted your book and would like to know if you would be interested in a swap, read, comment and if warranted a rating?
I hope to hear from you sometime soon. :-)

Hello Erin,
Welcome to Authonomy. For a start, you will probably be flooded with requests to read and back particular books. But here’s a hint: read only what you want to read, and back only what you want to back. For some useful information, plus some recommendations of books by other new members, try the Newbie Thread, http://www.authonomy.com/forums/threads/74122/the-newbie-thread-/

Hi
I would be very grateful if you could take a look at my novel "The World is (Not) a Cold Dead Place".
I'm looking for constructive feedback of any kind, and backings from those who think it's good enough, to help my stuttering run for the editors desk. it gets tough clinging on around the top spots, so help is always appreciated and needed.
It's contemporary fiction, that i would like to think has a gritty, urban edge to it, which i think there isn't a huge amount of on this site.
I am of course happy to return all reads.

Hope you can find the time.

Nathan
