Hey, sorry if I've told you the one about the Lunatic before - check it out if I haven't, but there's a Romance going on too now!

:/

I’m very sorry if I’ve previously messaged you, but I’ve had one of those glitches that wipes out backers and watchlists. I lost nearly 60 backers and over 100 watchlists and can’t find most of my old backers as they backed me over 2 months ago and the RSS feeds don’t go back that far..

If I was on your watchlist or if you backed me before I would greatly appreciate your support again for - The Lunatic Sings - or if you’d take a look at it if it’s new to you.

THE LUNATIC SINGS

- "like a William S. Burroughs novel with a point"

- "Deftly imitating waves of consciousness"

- "the reader glides through … It’s like dancing in someone’s mind"

- "You should be a playwright as this should be spoken"

- "like a meditation" – “A breathtaking concept”

- “… glorious driving rhythms of the syntax. It's prose that has an inner music that almost compels us to speak it aloud.”

- “Out of the mouth of this one comes reflections of both humanity and sanity.”

If you’ve considered Lunatic before I’ve put up a very different book recently too, a Romance, so rather than spam you for a read for that in the future, and maybe as an antidote if I’ve messaged you before for Lunatic, you might like to take a look at ‘The Book of Esther’.

THE BOOK OF ESTHER

- “I found this mesmerizing”

- “I love the way your words allow us to connect with your emotions, the way they compel us to reminisce about our own experiences, and the way they capture both happiness and sadness so perfectly.”

- “I can tell you already that I love it. …the lover and the beloved. Your story reminds me of how beautiful and yet painful both of those roles can be.”

Thank you,

John

Hello again Robin,

I hope you're getting everthing you wanted from the site. We're all trying :)

The honest facts...like most writers, we all strive to become better at the craft. The goal in this situation is for us to move toward the desk and get that prized review. I’m tossing this out there, but I think you’ll enjoy A Killer’s Kind, if not for the story, then for the style of writing. I’m hoping you’ll come over and have a look. The book is sitting at 14; keeping there is a challenge. If, you have a look, and it’s something you enjoy (either for the story or for the writing), could you please back me and help me get to the desk.

Your support will always be appreciated and I will do everything (I can) to help you or any of the books that you like get there.

Cheers,
Dwayne

Hello:

"An Unfinished Innocence" explores adulterous alcoholic substance-abusing schizophrenic author/academic/columnist and inadvertent serial killer, Brendan Dogge, and his search for redemption with the help of a small boy and a three-legged dog. A typical love story.

Title: An Unfinished Innocence
Author: j.l. wood-miller

You just might laugh!

Take care,
-j.l. wood-miller

In Grant’s Pass, an eight-year-old boy is kidnapped and forced to live with the serial killer that murdered his family.

Christopher was all set to live a normal life, but he didn’t know he’d lose his father and then a sociopath would murder the rest of his family. How could an eight-year-old possibly know that? Malcolm abducted Christopher to share a secret—the same secret that has defiled the town's reputation for over a hundred years.

Can you please stick me on your W/L and when you have time give my book a read?

I carefully read your profile and consulted with a local pharmacist here, after reviewing today's horoscope. Apparently, it is the perfect time to read and back "I've Been Deader."

You're welcome

"Have you ever felt, lost and abandoned? Like a waste product, left on a production line, in a factory that closed years ago" - Ruth did.

A New Day is my story and I am passionate about sharing it. If you could spare the time to take a look I would really appreciate it.
Thank you
Ruth

Hi,

'A New Day' is my story, and I am passionate about sharing it, that others may be helped.
And so that it may provide a good read too!! (which I believe it does)
This is more than just a book to me and I really want to push ahead now to the editors desk, I progressed so far last month..
So I am asking for your backing to see me to the desk.
I would appreciate any comments especially as you have similar books on your bookshelf.
Thank you for your support,
Ruth x

Hi Robin,
I've been on Authonomy for nine months now, and in that time have read and reviewed hundreds of books. I'm making I hope my last plead. Would you consider supporting Purple Eyes up to the grand desk? After this month I will return the favor in any way I can and adore you from the bottom of my heart.

Thank you and God bless,
Joel Juedes

Hello Robin,

Because of the support of so many of my fellow writers here on Authonomy, I’ve been fortunate enough to make my way into the high rankings this month. If you have read and/or backed The Qualities of Wood in the past, I sincerely thank you so much. Would you consider supporting it for the remainder of the month?

If you haven’t seen the book yet, it is a story that appeals on many levels—the search for identity, the complexities of relationships—and for mystery lovers, there’s a corpse that must be investigated! Thanks so much for your consideration.

Edwardes, Thanks for the Back! I have read your synopsis and added your book to my reading list. And also added it to my WL and will back it as soon as a space opens up on my shelf!

Edwardes,
I saw you were a new author to the site and wanted to say WELCOME! Also I was wondering if you wanted to help each other out and back each others books (I am new also.) All you have to do is click Add to my bookshelf and leave it there for at least 24 hours, the longer the better =) If you back mine, I will back yours also, although it may be a day or two later (because I have promised others to leave there book on my shelf for 24 hours.)

Hello Robin
Could I interest you in an exchange read? The aim of ' Breath in the Dark ' is to raise awareness of the effects of deep and prolonged deprivation and poverty on children and young adults.
It is important to me that some readers have gained an insight . The fact that the writing has reached the desk! is due to the encouragement and support of the readers it was not my aim.
I would like my writing made available to childrens charities.
Your backing would be greatly valued. ' Storm Warning ..' is on my watchlist and I have found the first chapters extremely interesting.
Kind regards
Jane

Hi Robin

As someone who has backed children’s fiction on this site, I’d really appreciate your feedback on my children’s book. The characters are a group of people called Cloud Drivers who live in the sky, whose job it is to make the right weather happen on the ground.

This is the first in a series for primary school aged children with each book explaining a different type of weather. The aim is to turn a potentially dull school subject – i.e. the weather – into something fun and memorable.

‘The Cloud Drivers: The Giant’s Storm’.

I hope any children in your life (including grown up ones!) enjoy the adventure.
I also promise to return the favour if you’re able to leave feedback and give a star rating.

Best wishes
Clare Morris
