Hi Bragitta
I am currently at 26 just having dropped a bit. I wondered if you would care to do a swap comment, to try and get my book further up the chart. It is titled Mary's Magic Muffins & Other Tales for Children. As the title suggests it is a children's book but adults like to read it too. I read most things but am not a great fan of sci-fi. So if you fancy a swap get back to me.
Thanks in advance .
Brian.

Thanks for the backing. It is much appreciated. I will have to track down these Gummy bears and take a look.
I've added your book to my watch list and I'll get back to you after the weekend when I've read it.
Take care now, all that bouncing around, Jes.x

Hi Alonwi,
I noted you supported Kate and Lucette‘s book to the top recently, you don't get any credit for supporting a ranked book but it's good to see you are promoting it to others. I wondered if you would take a moment to review my book and see if it’s something you could also support as I am at number 6. I've had some great feedback and advice already, but it would be great if you could help me on my way. (Shamelessly, it'll also help out your talent spotter rating as well ;-) )
Kind Regards
Lenny Banks

I thought Gummie bears were sweets. I haven't seen the program. Sounds fun.

It certainly is. Little My.

Hi Alonwi,
I just checked your pitch and would like to read a portion of your book in March. Hopefully, I'l have more time to read on the site then, and I look forward to providing you useful feedback -with no rush.
I'd like you to check my book too. It might be something you may be interested in. If you like what you read, and think it deserves to keep its position as it is, I'll be glad to have your vote of backing until the end of this cold, yet short month.
I look forward to staying in touch,
Lucette

Hi there,
Ok - this is possibly my first ever attempt at 'spam' - but your name Van Rensburg caught my South African eye. Then I read your bio and bucket-list and couldn't resist. My dream home is an old-fashioned horse-drawn gypsy caravan, I've toured the SE states of the US in a hippy wagon - old volkswagen combi that was previously owned by a bunch of touring surfers- and Alaska is on my bucket list, along with an epic dog-sled journey. I don't want to be buried, I want my carcass to be transported to Greenland or the north pole to feed hungry polar bears.
That aside, I noticed that you have David Eddings on your fav authors, so I thought it might just be possible that you would find my book, the Seventh Gate, a tolerable read. It's epic fantasy romance, more in the 'older style' of Eddings and Zimmer-Bradley - but like your own book, also has some 'turning back the clock' plot twists.

Set in another world, my MC has to travel back in time in order to fix the future. Strong Celtic mythology themes, a dose of medieval flavour, definitely some culture clash and romance, and a tiny touch of sci-fi for seasoning.

If you do have a moment to drop by I'd be grateful, and I always return reads as soon as I can.

xx

Hello Bragitta,

Hope you are well. Maybe you would like to try out my new satire, Doghouse Blues. Here is an endorsement:

I was attracted to Doghouse Blues from the pitch alone because it was so very different. There are so many budding writers out there who want to earn the same sort of money as J K Rowling by writing exactly the same kind of book and , to be frank, I am getting a bit tired of it.
This, on the other hand, struck me as being an original piece of work. The product of a lively mind and written by someone who is an excellent observer of the real world out there and who knows how to translate his observations into print. Just the right amount of dialogue, which carries the story along well.
I have not read the complete book (yet) but have dipped into it fairly freely to see if the momentum is maintained. It certainly is.
Philip John

Looking forward to reading your comments on the Doghouse Blues webpage.

All the best,

Clive

Hi'ya

Thanks for your message. My week been great, how about your?
You are the young lady who hates chocolate...but love chocolate cake - I'm confused.
I suppose this helps to sum up some aspects of my book , Programmed to live; Young and Able. We are all unique and complicated.

Best regards

Chris

First of all, I want to thank YOU very much for backing my novel to the Gold Medal. I appreciate your support very much.
To show my appreciation, I have committed myself to supporting and promoting your novel for at least a week at a time.
If you do not have a novel, but have a friend that does, please let me know and I will support and promote theirs in your place.
If you have multiple novels, please let me know which one you want me to support.
If you would not like me to do this for you, please let me know and I will remove you from my promotion list.
Keep in mind that it may take over a year to cover everyone at least one week at a time, so please be patient.
I will try to back you when it is the most effective for your novel, especially if you are close to the top 5.
Also, those who make it to the top 5, I will support your novel that month.
Those novels on my shelf, I will try to read and comment on at least the first chapter that week, but that is dependent on my availability.
Please message me if you have any changes or need my help, or post on the forum I have started for you: http://authonomy.com/forums/threads/105496/thank-you-and-time-to-promote-you-/?pagenumber=1#AnchorComment
Again thank you very much for all you have done and have a great day.
You can remove my novel from your bookshelf at this time, as it no longer helps your numbers.
I would suggest backing one of those who have backed mine. The list is on the forum above.
