Your speech/quote marks are not coming out normally on the manuscript, but once I realised what they were, no probs.   I like your writing style - I know you said it's a rollicking, high octane read that barely pauses for breath, and the only comment I'd make is that sometimes we need to take a breath, slow down.  Maybe it'd be nice to intersperse the diary entries with his daily life or something to slow the pace.  That's just me, you know what you're doing and I'm certainly enjoying it.  Good voice, good descriptions, lively characters.   An unusual plot - mixing AIDS with immortality.  I shall be watching this and reading on as you post.  A bit of an Armistead Maupin feel to it.
