As a perpetual student of life,i appreciated Dr. Efiong Etuk inspirational description of the potential of human creativity and personal development. Definitely an excellent read.

Efiong,

This is quite the interesting and insightful work you have here! I've never read anything like this, theory wise, before and am truly enthralled. The way you've put your points together reminds me of books on societal theory I read when I was in college {which is a compliment because I found the format helpful and insightful} and as I read your points the idea of "leadership" becomes clearer to me. I am inspired to adapt what I learn from your ideas into my world.

One of the parts of your first chapter that I loved were your frequently given reasons for leaders' inability to lead and people's apparent unwillingness to follow. Those are excellent points and extremely informative, yet easy to comprehend while reading. I also greatly enjoyed your description of "Creative Leadership."

This work is extremely well written and I would like to see it put to use in classrooms across the world someday. I think that it would do us good to pay attention to what is written here.

I've rated {Great Insights on Human Creativity} 6 out of 6 stars gladly and have added the book to my watchlist so that I can return soon for more of the book!

Have a fantastic day!

On whole I agree with your thesis. The manuscript is well written and well cited. However, as book with popular attraction, it has limitations. The depth of reasoning is, by my own experience, beyond the average readers grasp, or probably their willingness to sit and truly understand the point of view you are trying to make clear. This is the type of book that will have academic appeal and might find resonance with an academic press. If you are looking for a popular audience then introduce real-life examples and stories that illustrate how these concepts can be readily applied or have been applied. Since you cite Covey, notice how he reduces ideas to a very common and populist point of view.

I hope I have been helpful. I was having trouble defining your audience.
