I'm from Belfast. I'm educated to masters level and funnily enough love reading!I have a lot of your books to get through and will do my best to get through as many as I can and get back to you as quickly as I can x Some kind readers have noted my mistakes (mainly typo's) and for that I am grateful. I write fast and this is a draft but I am aware of typo's. I'll be clearing them up as I edit, you may not notice any changes here, but I have changed my original. I will change the content here as often as I dare!I am curremtly rewriting so any advice would be much appreciated! You can contact me here or on:grannybumba@yahoo.co.uk

Patio, I don't know what to say, disturbing, raw and intense. An extremely well written book unlike so many out there its plot is gritty and true to life yet narrated so imaginatively. I could see this on the big screen. Top stars from me and a place on my shelf. view book
This is emotional stuff - a no holes barred account of anorexia. This is hard to read not because is is bad, but because it is so real and honest. Every young girl should be read this, it is an eye opener and more importantly a warning. Having suffered from a lengthy bout of anorexia it is a find ... view book
Kit, I have finally read Ruta. Having toyed with the idea of teaching you have certainly opened my eyes. This is a gritty glimpse into life in a modern school and I suppose into modern Britain. It's so real. I couldn't understand why you were giving your or the narrators background in chapter one ... view book
Thanks Cait, The repitition in the last chapter was on purpose, I wanted to show the same conversation through Max and Gaby's eyes. So the reader would see identical mornings unfolding. I will look at it again though! I also love the idea of putting Gaby's day in first. The Life and Times of ... view book
Hi Here for the read swop. I am not great at critiquing so always tell anyone who's books I read, that I am looking at them as a reader, nothing else. Here's my thoughts, I have been reading here all day and was getting tired - this certainly woke me up! I used to read a lot of Stephen King, Dea... view book
