The book is "Dedicated to The Legend of the Wandering Jew"

The following paragraphs are from Chapter 26

The molten creature flapped its extensive wings, creating a powerful wind gust that sent Shade flying through the air and slammed him against the pulpit behind him, shortening his backward flight. Forcing himself back up fast, Shade jumped with a painful grunt and ran back between the thing and the man.

The demon—if that’s what it was—glared at him through glowing red pupils set amid dirty mustard-yellow whites. Bending his hot steaming head backward, he swung it back down while thrusting it forward and released a long hot blast of blazing fire at Shade.

"Special Thanks" to those who have backed the book.

Immortals of Heaven and Hell

The discovery of a map leads Casper Elliott and her recovering, drug addicted, son, Shade, to an isolated cemetery. Hoping to help her son conquer his demons, Casper convinces him to research one of the graves, unaware of the ill effects the old burial ground has on its visitors.

The old Jew knew with one look that Shade had been to the cemetery. Obedience to the voice inside his head, however, kept him silent until the time was right to reveal the truth about the unrecorded burial site. Unbeknownst to Shade, the strange man follows him to the dingy house on the city's south side where he spies an old enemy, now, in Shade's corner.

Hi Olga, I'm impressed by your medical jargon & easy writing style. For the most part, the beginning of the story came across to me as very natural sounding until Stephani opened the envelope with the pictures. Instead of wanting to hide the pictures from Richard, I wondered why not let Richard peek... view book

Hi Scott, You're a good writer & I've enjoyed the little I've read so far. I'll have to come back later to read more but wanted to make one comment for now. I was dumbstruck when I read Evan received all of his parent's money. That was difficult for me to believe. It just didn't fit for me. Even th... view book

Run by Alan Porter Hi Alan, Intriguing, well written, story. Isolating Mason Farm with those dark ominous woods, created a creepy and believable setting. Daniel Ang continued to be a likable protagonist even after he lost his leg and his anger and self-pity became evident. You gave me just enough... view book

Derilium by John Stearn Hi John, Whew! I feel like I just ran through a war zone and had to check to make sure I still had all my body parts. What a fast paced & gory book you've written!
