Babysitting the neighbours kids and trying to do some work I gave up and read them your stories although they were slightly older than I think your tales are intended for the themes were not lost and we all had a great time taking it in turns to read them. High stars really lovely, Karen A Touch of France. view book

What a punchy first chapter, you have really set off with all guns blazing and this is a powerful start! I have only had the time to read the first chapter but have W/L your book to return to and in the meantime have given you high stars. Karen A Touch of France. view book

I recently met Carole Matthew's who told me that her books with chocolate in the title have sold ten times more than her other books - so I think you are on to a winner! It's a great combination of sex and chocolate and with your funny comedic style, this is a great chick lit read. High stars from me and on my W/L Karen A Touch of France. view book

What an amazing heartfelt story. This painful subject is written with care and pride, after just having major surgery for a scare (got the all clear) my poor husband was my rock. This was so humbling to read and dealt with, with such compassion, I truly praise you. High stars, Karen, Faking it in France. view book

Hi thanks for asking me to read this, you wanted to know if you are on the right track, well yes you are! This is a great start and you have managed to introduce your characters nicely and get the reader involved to want to know where they are going and follow their journey. There is a repetitiveness of words and some sentences that could be tighten up with a read through, my tip read it out loud to someone (my poor husband is my guinea pig) I was told that a book like this should have a least 3 scenes in each chapter, so you could keep that in mind as you edit. (apparently that's what publishers look for) Keep up the good work, I hope you take time to look over mine please! All the best to you, Karen, Faking it in France. view book

Hi Cara, I had actually started to read your book a few days ago after your frenetic postings on the forum! I decided to check your book out. You are clearly one talented young lady who has a true gift for writing. Fantasy is not my genre but I happily participate on this site and so read most things. Your book did not disappoint me once, I was carried away and thoroughly enjoyed your work. I have highly stared you and will pop you on my shelf shortly to help with the final push as I feel you clearly deserve this. You truly have the promise to be a big star one day and I will be honoured to have met you on autho! With best wishes to you, hope you are not too cold in London, all the best, Karen, Faking it in France. view book
