Bert a commodity broker, financial consultant and mining equipment manufacturer’s representative had earlier in the day supposedly finalized a sales agreement between Chinese interests and a Copper Mine in Chile! He became acquainted with Larry in a brief sidewalk engagement … in somewhat forced circumstances, from his perspective and was taken to the basement bar. Shots were heard and the lights in the bar suddenly went out … in total darkness the patrons started screaming and panicking, rushing towards the stairway and aggressively trying to force their way up the stairs and out of the building.
