I am a number cruncher by profession and I am currently stuck in a cubicle in a Big 4 firm. However, I love writing.
I pen a monthly column on taxes (but before you think, how boring, hang on). A fiery Aunt who features in these columns lamblasts the daylights out of the legislators. You can find her on either on www.economictimes.com (The Economic Times is India's largest selling financial daily) or the very same columns are uploaded on my blog: www.talkingtaxes.blogspot.com.
Before I became an arm chair traveler, I did have a series of misadventures, some of which were penned and are sprinkled all over in cyberspace and in various publications. Oh, one of them found its way in a book - The Thong Also Rises, published by Travelers Tales.
I dig travel stories, love animals and stories relating to animals and anything that contains a touch of humor. It may be sometime before I write and upload a book, but meanwhile I do look forward to reading tons of stuff!
However, if on receipt of a request for reading a book, I have not responded, please do not follow up with reminders. It means I am either busy or the gist has not caught my fancy and I will not read it. Thanks for your understanding.
PS: My presence here is quite sporadic and this explains why many of the messages sent to me go answered (Sorry).
