I'm a 43 year old mother of three teenage daughters, slowly getting the hang of parenthood and nearly as grown-up as they are.

I am a college assessor with an uncertain future due to funding cuts and would relish the opportunity to stay at home, writing away and dreamily gazing at the hens and my dog ... Being published and seeing my book on the stands in Waterstones would be amazing. Meanwhile, I continue with short stories, poems and dreams.
