about me

This is a WIP. I'm looking for honest opinions.
Have already had some awesome feedback - grateful thanks to everyone who's commented so helpfully so far.

I have taken down a lot of chapters for editing.

Please note - the book contains graphic sex scenes. And touches on religious themes.

Thanks to F.S. for the cover :)

Dreaming in Colours That Don't....

E.J. Stephens

Vivienne escapes to Cornwall to rebuild her marriage. Instead she awakens an ancient, obsessive love. Now she has to choose – man or god?

Vivienne Crawley comes to Eden hoping to save her marriage and rebuild her life.

The house is old and beautiful, perched on a cliff above the pounding sea. But Eden has a curious past and a disturbing reputation. Once home to an esoteric religious community, it holds a legacy of passion, betrayal and violent death.

When Vivienne meets a man in a casual online encounter, she thinks it’s just a harmless flirtation, an innocent way of boosting her confidence and rekindling her bruised sexuality. But then a stranger appears in the village, and past and present collide with disturbing and possibly tragic consequences.

Accidents will Happen. Had this on my WL for a hideously long time - so sorry it's taken me so long. Hard one for me, as it's a bit out of my usual reading matter but I love the premise. 'Greylit' (hideous hideous title) is apparently set to be the Next Big Thing (or so 'they' say) so you could b... view book

Doodlebug. Fuckity fuckity fuckity FUCK, this is disgustingly good. I only intended to spend a small block of time reading but damn you, you miserable bastard, I ended up reading the lot and then sort of panting, in a cringe-worthy canine way, wanting more. Your pitch is crap. Serious. I would... view book

Shadows of Perception. David, I'm so sorry - I really did think I'd commented on this. Anyhow, I've now read all you posted and can certainly offer up my thoughts, for what they're worth. Bear in mind, I'm not a critic or editor, so can only give you my feelings as a reader. I remember the pr... view book

Noodle Trails. Was feeling bad - don't like disappointing people - so made some time this afternoon to read. I have to say, it's not my usual read - I never normally read autobiographical or travel books so I'm not the intended audience. All I can tell you is how it came across to me. Tough situ... view book
