about me

For some reason I can work on a book, but have trouble writing a couple paragraphs about myself.

By day I'm a wireless consultant. By night (and days off) I'm a photographer. During the in-between times, I work on this.

I'm a mother, a fiancee, and active volunteer for a couple youth organization.

I've been working on my book for at well over a decade. It started as a terrible fan fiction story and started to take on a life of it's own.

I didn't touch it for over a year. It has been plaguing me more and more the longer I let it sit. I can't let it sit any longer.

As a teenager, my mother was always telling me I was writing so often, I should consider attempting to get published. I never took her seriously until a couple years ago.

If I ever do get the opportunity to be published, the first book will be dedicated to her.

When being a fan means so much more.

Never feeling like she needed her fifteen minutes of fame Taylor Foster stumbles into the limelight for an unexpected act of heroism: She saves the life of music icon Blaine Jordan. As tensions begin to unwind, she finds her way into something much bigger than herself.
Scandals and lies are just a part of the publicity game. Once the truth is learned there's no going back. If she can manage to survive through the consequences of her actions, Taylor will find out how far some people will go to achieve their own small piece of the spotlight.

Bob- Your words seem to flow very easily. You have some beautiful descriptions. However, the first chapter seemed to hold so many of them that I did find my attention waning here and there. I did, however, get a full sense of his frustration and feeling of almost drowing in it. Your writing styl... view book

Mat- Your characters have a life of their own, and your descriptions are just enough to give the story what it needs. I'm sorry it took me so long to get here. Your story flows with emotion. Good luck. I'm Backing this one. -Amber (Unsung Heroes) view book

Moving. I read the whole thing in a single setting. Your characters are full and wonderful - much like your story. It flows with a wonderful pace. The only thing I would possibly take a second look at, is that in chapter 11, Jessica has a map that they are able to pinpoint their location with ... view book

To be honest from the start, this really isn't my kind of book. However, the writing was good. Even though you didn't spend a lot of time with each character in the first chapter, your writing made it very easy to get into their points of view. There was a lot of anger coming from your characters... view book

Patricia- The pace of this story is quick, but not too quick. Still very easy to follow along with and hard to get bored with. I smiled through the first few chapters. I especially love how it starts with "Once upon a time." I could see myself reading this out loud or having it read to me. I lik... view book
