What do you do when you can't trust your heart?

*Due for release 15th June 2013*

All seventeen year-old Eliza Bryant wants is to avoid a Binding—the ancient spell that forces couples into a lifelong bond. It cursed her sister, and for the last two years it’s tried to claim her, too. Her monthly hiding ritual worked brilliantly…until the night she ran into Ryan, a mysterious bounty-hunter. Now Bound to him, Eliza must spend every moment at his side, else she’ll transform into an Unbound; a lifeless husk without mind or soul.

Unfortunately, Ryan’s not looking to settle, and Eliza is dragged into his crazy life on the run. Still, she’s not going to take this lying down. Between grappling with feelings that aren’t her own and fleeing an unseen enemy, she’s going to break her Binding; a feat nobody’s achieved in two thousand years. The key to her freedom lies closer than she thinks…and it’s deeply connected to Ryan’s past.

Complete @ 82,000 words. Available to buy from Amazon 15th June 2013

The Parting (Chronicles of Aza....

Sam Dogra

When your feelings are false, what's left to believe in?

After the revelation of Ryan's secret, Eliza is determined to reclaim her lost freedom. Her only hope lies in the Holy Runes- the mysterious symbols linked to the creation of the Binding spell itself. Now with her best friend Adam and the haughty Lady Navinka, Eliza must journey across Azaria to forge a power great enough to break her curse.

The Binding isn't going down without a fight, though, and the runes aren't without ill effects of their own. As if that wasn't enough, a dark cult seeking revenge is out for Eliza, and she must deal with her troubled feelings for Ryan and Adam. Struggling on all fronts just to survive, Eliza's freedom will be hard-earned, but will the final price be too much to pay?

Not usually my pick of genre but felt compelled to look. You've an easy narrative with a great fluid style and I liked the voice of the protagonist. Probably doesn't help you one iota but those are my thoughts nonetheless :) view book

Hi Josh, sorry it's taken so long for me to get to you. As always what follows is but my opinion and you're free to do whatever you want with it. Your pitch is nice and succinct. One I don't think you need Adanis waking up twice at the start. After the voices just have him wake up. As a do... view book

Eh, sorry Evie but I got really bored in chapter one. Well written and all but it wasn't Boyd-centric enough for me. You started well but then got too involved with the armchair race which really does little to give me Boyd's insight. And after that I just got lost in the new names. I think you migh... view book

Hi Jenny, come at last to take a look at Liminal Lights. As always, whatever I say is just my own opinion and you're free to do what you like with it. CHAPTER ONE Good opening, if a little over-written for my taste. But then that might be the narrator's voice. You've a great style and the na... view book

Hello, sorry for the delay but here for my share of the swap. As I always preface these things this is but one opinion of someone who does not claim to be an expert, so take whatever you like from my observations. PITCH- the short pitch is very dry!
