about me

NOTE: I just want to let everyone know that I've been really busy, and expect to remain so for awhile. I'll keep checking here, so feel free to ask for swaps, etc.. I just probably won't be as punctual as usual.

I'm a writer that strives for excellence. I love stories that lift and inspire, and portray the world in it's reality in new, different ways; whether it's beautiful or dark and gruesome. My literary hero is Tolkien, a man who wrote from the heart, and gave to many people like myself a story we could believe in, a story that we all had but had not yet realized. So hats off to Tolkien, the king, as many of us I'm sure would agree.

My current book is the second in my Alexis trilogy, the first of which has been taken down after publication on Kindle. I appreciate any comments and backings immensely, they are a great source of encouragement to me, and I thank all who have helped me make Alexis a better work.
And may you all keep up your own good work!

Alexis: Tears of Blood

Elora Carmen Shore

Many terrors have already been faced...but Alexis will find that her heart has not yet known the deepest pain.

With the battle of Ethen'dor won, Alexis and Resen have found the next path that they must take. Corruption and uncertainty have claimed kingdoms to the south, and the kingdoms to the east suffer. But the enemy has something to unleash that no one would have seen, something that will strike at the heart of the cause, into the Chosen herself.
New figures will arise, new swords unsheathed, and veils will be dropped....

The Chosen is going to know the meaning of heartache and darkness, and the whole land of Aunniguld is going to be aflood with bloodshed once again.

Read the first three chapters! They were very well done! I'm impressed. I did think that the intro of new characters that pop up in the new world was abrupt, that it'd help to have a bit more back story. Like begin with a clue of what had happened to put them there, and then proceed with their react... view book

Read chapter eight. My only thought is that I didn't find the "protecting her from the rough life" rather--not the way to go. This is her life now. She needs to man up, even if she is a kid. She would if she was a boy, and I don't expect this sort of people in this profession to show any softness. T... view book

This story is well written with well developed characters. It flowed smoothly. Very professionally written--my only thing is that the dialogues are not structured correctly--a new paragraph to each speaker. It can get confusing, and then you have to read over to make sure you know who's speaking. Bu... view book

This is a very endearing story! I can see why it is so well liked. I like it very much! The characters have come alive for me, and I want to read more. I've read three chapters. I don't know what else to say...it's a simple story that will stay with the readers. I'll be back when I can to see what h... view book

Read the first four chaps again. I like the edition of the back story. I intend to read the rest of the story in coming days, and of course, give my full opinion. ;D My only suggestions, keeping working and revising, and remember to look out for extraneous sentences! Good luck, and God bless! ;D ... view book
