I've just finished with chapter 1 and enjoyed the read. You've got good dialogue here and a strong start to build the rest of your story off of. I especially like Connor's devious side. My main suggestion would be to involve more description. I had a hard time imagining some of the scenes in my mind, but I think a little added description would go far here. I do tend to be a description hound though. ;)

You've done an excellent job with the beginning here and I absolutely love both your grasp of world and character building and your use of description. Wow, haunting, simply haunting. I could tell instantly by reading your short and long pitches that you had something special here, something worth delving into. I was not dissappointed. Dahlia, as a character, is wonderfully developed in the first chapter. I liked the examples of how she is being treated in this captivity of sorts, and then as we near the first chapter's end we have the haunting and well crafted moments that come. Why are her parents kept from her? What is happening and why are they using the needle? I'm intrigued and looking forward to continuing the read soon! Starred highly! Thank you so much for uploading your work for us to enjoy!

{Escape} Chapter 4 and COMPLETED READ

I had some free time this morning and so I thought I'd come over and escape into this wonderful read. So relaxing and enjoyable, I was swept away once more into this beautiful story, and felt a part of it as I read. The feelings between Victor and the young lady feel so full and real and you really did an excellent job of building the emotions between them and soothing us as we read. This is a shorter work, and perfect at that length. Someday, when I'm having a hard day, I'm going to take a break, return to Escape and relax again in this wonderful read!

I highly suggest this book to anyone who loves a relaxing romance and a story that is well thought out and orrigional!

I'll be back to read {Wade Through The Dark} soon. Thanks so much for the always enjoyable read!

And I've realised the double meaning here, in that it is an escape for the reader and main character, and I'm hoping an escape for the girl as well. {Escape} Chapters 1 and 2

What a refreshing, breathtaking and enjoyable read! I came to Escape expecting something good and enjoyable and discovered a true gem that has honestly allowed me to escape the day and just relax. Escape is a read that I would love to have on my Kindle while I lay on a beach in the shade of an umbrella, or even better, on a boat drifting on the crest of the sea. Your dialogue is wonderfully done, relaxed and highly enjoyable, and I find myself wishing I had more time to continue reading today. It is now on my watchlist and I'll be returning tomorrow to read further and comment more. I have a feeling I'll be reading all you have posted in short order :). Not many books on Autho intrigue me like yours has, and that's saying something.

Brilliant opening chapter you have here! After reading the premise I was instantly sucked in to the read. You have something unique to the genre here and I see this both being picked up by your publisher and doing well in sales. I know I'll be purchasing a copy when it's available. Please let me know!

The kids here are done extremely well. I can see miscrients from my youth in their personalities and that's greatly enhanced the read for me. I also loved the incident in the opening here with the police cruiser.

There is something rebelious, raw and georgious about all of this... like a gun held to someone in a book, not because a point should be proven, but just because it can be. You capture that well.

Your premise is solid and the beginning really pulled me in, especially the prologue. I might suggest a little less depth of description when it comes to room surroundings and whatnot, but overall you've kept me rapt and I'm looking forward to returning soon for more.

{B.A.O.R.} Chapter 1

I've got to say that I'm really enjoying the start to B.A.O.R. here. I didn't know what to expect, because I've never read a non-fiction military book before, but this drew me right in. I've thuroughly enjoyed getting a glimpse into what it is like to be a member of the British Army, and probably even more so, because I'm an American and so this is a glimpse into the military of another part of the world. I felt a true connection to the story and to your character as we see you going to embark into Belize. I experienced the raw truth in what I've read so far, sometimes with humor, sometimes eagerness, seriousness and other emotions.

I would and will suggest this read to many friends and lovers of different genres. I'm glad to have come upon B.A.O.R. and I'm looking forward to returning soon for more!

{Fade}

Fade is such a real, well plotted and thought out read. As I get deeper in the story I find I am engrosed. The way Kate writes brings a tangible escence not found in most books, to Fade, and I find myself both yearning to read onward and anxious to purchase Fade when it is one day released, to own for my home library. Simply exquisite. Kate is truly a top-notch author and I look forward to finishing Fade and reading the works she produces in the future.
