I see the raw material here of a very good story, and I like the cadence of your writing style (in spite of the many punctuation and formatting errors, which others here have already pointed out). Once you have invested in polishing this manuscript and have perhaps fleshed out the character descriptions more so that your reader feels more engaged, this promises to be really topnoch stuff.

Hi, Susie,

I've started reading your book, and I am struck with the section in Chapter 1 beginning, "When Daddy wasn't around, Mama was always happy and singing and playing with us." The tone here is so refreshingly positive after an almost alienatingly traumatic start to the book and has the effect of bringing the reader into the story at the heart level, something to which anyone can relate. Perhaps you could consider opening your book with this description. Just a thought.

Such a great deal of pain, yet you share it beautifully, "Mr Wendy" speaks volumes about the depth of your involvement in your ladies care.
