A Deal For Delia

B. N. Randall

When a twenty-first century American girl winds up in eleventh-century England, you'd think things couldn’t get stranger. You’d be wrong.

Bad stories, a bad boyfriend, and an even worse apartment were not what Delia was expecting when she moved to London. Not like she had visions of grandeur, after all, working at The Sun was a bit different than her dream of being a foreign correspondent. Faced with yet another crappy tabloid style story she walked home contemplating how she could start over. Or at least leave it all behind. Again. But then she tripped, and her clumsiness changed everything. An annoyingly persistent man wearing a top hat offered her his hand. As their skin touched, everything went black. When next she woke there was a peasant girl standing over her saying something about William the Conqueror...

Very well written, well edited. Definitely enjoyed reading this and will be back for more! Highly starred. (: Bre A Deal For ... view book

First of all, the name grabbed me right away. Read the pitches and got even more intrigued. Just finished your first chapter and loved it. Really flowed well, well written, edited very nicely. I immediately loved the characters (except for Marcus, what a jerk), and got lost in the world you created ... view book

I devoured EVERY WORD. This is the epitome of all things great. The corporate talk, perfect. It reads so well. The voice is hilarious and even if you've never even had a job in your life you can still relate. The character profiles are insanely detailed and yet I don't feel like I'm overloaded with ... view book

Ohhh I loved this!! The pitches were great and then I love how you started with the intrigue, it automatically made me interested and want to read more. The flow was great, the premise interesting. I enjoyed the humor, and the act of rebellion that's obviously going to lead to so much more. The dial... view book
