about me

Thanks to all who read/backed/commented on Blood of Summer :-)

It’s hard to believe that this is my fifth book here on Authonomy. I’ve never been to the top five and I’ll never be top talent, but I dig it here. I like to read, research, and write.

I’ve improved considerably from my first book that I posted which was basically one long paragraph. Not joking. It’s been a long road but I’ve enjoyed the journey.

Women of the Trees, is in that phase where you’ve just given birth to a story. I love this beautiful baby and I’m not ready for people to call it ugly, but comments to improve are appreciated. And, again, thanks to all who put up with my forum posts regarding this project.

I’m currently researching the second part which delves more into the Native American side, as well as, putting the finishing touches on part three.

Cover art and my avi pic are by the talented Paper Machete.

Butterflies - This is an excellent portrayal of the time. It has a real young adult feel to it and I wonder if it shouldn't be tagged as such. Gladly already backed. Peace and best wishes to you, :-) Summer D'Vine, Women of the Trees view book

Who Got the Meat Came Off Those Bones - An intriguing plot to this thriller that definitely has mysterious overtones. The first chapter is polished and well-written. Best of luck to you! :-)Summer D'Vine, Women of the Trees view book

Viene La Tormenta - This reads like poetry with illuminating descriptions and intriguing plot. Nice foreshadowing at the end of your chapter 1 to entice readers to continue. Gladly already backed. All the best, :-) Summer D'Vine, Women of the Trees view book

Closeted Courage - I always start my comments to religious books with a disclaimer, so here goes: I'm not religious in the slightest and cannot comment on the religious aspects of your book, so my comments here are based on the writing itself. Having said that, This reads like a polished novel. Yo... view book
