Intriguing. I'm not sure I'm totally sold yet, but I did find the first parts compelling. I am so-so on the journal format. I felt as though a great deal of story and atmosphere were being withheld from me with this limited viewpoint, but time will tell. view book

Commenting in response to your "spam" request... So, the posted chapter 3 is the first chapter, correct? A bit of a heavy start with too much exposition.
