about me

Into the Deep reached the desk in January and I got my review back at the end of June. I made the changes and have since sent back the requested full so now I wait again!

Who I Am With You is an Adult Romance based in New York about nine years after 9/11. So many people are still dealing with the horrors of that day...especially the ones who were there. This is the fictional story of two of them and how they continue to struggle with putting their lives back together.

It's complete at 84k but it does need help, I think. I feel like something is missing and it's up to you all to find it :) haha

The quickest way to get me to read your book? Comment on mine, it bumps ya up the list!

Thanks to everyone for checking it out!

Into the Deep

Missy Fleming

Sea levels around the world are rising, massive storms threaten coastal cities, and Aurora’s life changes forever with one step into the ocean.

Aurora always believed mermaids were creatures of legend, of children’s stories, but that all changes the night of her sixteenth birthday. Betrayed by her mother, she abandons her life on land to discover an amazing world beyond expectation and to find the father she never knew. She’s thrust into a life full of intrigue, danger, and promise as she fights to settle into the role of a mermaid princess.

But her new life is under attack.

While the storms growing around the globe carry other dangers like rising waters and violent marine animals, Aurora is caught up in the race to track down what, or who, is causing these terrible events. Is it possible that it falls on her? A brand new mermaid destined to use the power she was born with?

This is an RCG review. 1. Pitch is great, it read just like a book blurb and it did it's job in getting me hooked. You gave me enough to pique my interest but not enough that I could guess what was going to happen. 2. Plot, so far it's a great mystery. I found myself going farther than I inten... view book

This is a really fun, easy to read book! I love the family dynamics, it felt so real. Your interactions and dialogue certainly bring this story to life. The pacing is nice, it kept me interested and reading. There wasn't anything to stumble on. I try to find something to critique or at least give ad... view book

Here is my RCG review! 1. The pitch was great, it accomplished what it was supposed to - made me want to read on. It's well executed and written and didn't feel too full of needless information. 2. Plot is nice and timely. It's something a married woman/mother can pick up and say 'Oh my God, t... view book

Hi! This is my first Romance Club review! And I think I picked a good one. It really drew me in and I love the dynamic between the two friends. I'll go through each of the things you listed on the Romance thread! 1. Pitch - Great, it got me to pick this one first if that helps! So it did it's job... view book

I"m finally getting around to checking this out, sorry it took so long. It was definitely worth the wait. You do a great job of setting the scene in chapter one, I was in that loud room with them. I think I'm going to like Jeru, something about him just got to me. The story progresses well from t... view book
