You have a nice little mystery building here . . . Can't wait to continue reading.As far as your writing goes, you are like I was (and I still have a way to go). I suggest you brush up on your sentence structure and punctuation. You were missing a lot of comas which would help your sentences flow with more ease. You had a lot of run-on sentences that a little tweaking would fix. Take this sentence for example.Instead of this . . .The persuasive look in his strong gaze seemed to take all of her own will and the promise in his smile caused all of her resolve to crumble.Try this . . .The persuasive look in his strong gaze and the promise in his smile robbed her of her will, causing her resolve to crumble.A few less words and it flows more easily.Trust me, I have done so many re-writes to A Heart's Journey and still find issues just like these. You really do have a great beginning here and I look forward to reading more. Study up on your grammar and keep writing!Good luck and may God bless!! P.S.
