Discover the meaning of Daman's inscription

Northern England in the 90's: the pits are closing and it's cold out for window cleaners - times are harsh and it's a far cry from the California sunshine of the Beach Boys. Daman has ties with the band that day-job newsagent Charles still runs, but when Pete Jarvis arrives on the scene memories are stirred and not all are pleasant. Comfort comes in the form of a box of cassette tapes...
Join Daman on his journey of self-discovery. A tribute to the genius of Brian Wilson.

over-baked (hyphenate?) the lazy cow reflection is a good slant m- haha globule good play - why not milk it a little - 'glob glob globule' or such like? lose sorry? - unless it is there for a good reason(?) yes badgers set wouldn't perhaps describe a hair-do somore true to your character - good ... view book

Very good! Must say I thought a natural ending to chap one would have been after the romantic allusion: '...wandering to a town under different stars' and 'Even if just a little.' - as it seems to wind-up rather neatly there. And as time does not permit I must leave this there and WL... view book

Why have I been to this so many times and not commented? Maybe I agree with Paul Western below... maybe it's because back in 1970 a similar smackhead once handed me a copy of 'Steppenwolf'. Waving aside a puff of dope-smoke he said: 'You gotta read this, man.' - 'Woodstock's gonna change the world,... view book

Ha ah... the old Welsh Triangle - was hooked from the plastic dome - must stop reading though, got to go W-listed though - hey not sure about the weeping angel simile though - thought it slowed the action a bit - but good stuff esp where the coal miners arm shatters through the pod... cheers view book
