about me

Note: I do not swap reads just to swap reads. I will only read a book that I am genuinely interested in and back it if I truly believe it should be published. Feel free to leave me a message with a brief description of your book, but I cannot guarantee that I will read it.

Andrea Gerber is a mommy and wife by day and a novelist by night. She is the keeper of cheerios and welder of words. She strongly believes in telling a story that will not only uplift and encourage her readers, but also help them to realize the difference between what is easy and what is right; what is good and what is evil.

Andrea began working on The Tabitha Hale Saga in December of 2008 after she awoke from a dream. As she grew more in love with the characters and their stories, her writing turned into much more than just a hobby. After Andrea finished the second book in the series she began searching for representation. She recently acquired an agent and looks forward to what will hopefully be a long, fruitful relationship.

A Perception of Dreams

Andrea Gerber

The most exciting trip to grandmother's house since the Grimm fairy tales.

Dark, disturbing dreams could be considered normal for a fifteen year old girl who has lost both of her parents, but Tabitha Hale is anything but normal. She believes she is all alone in the world, except for her cat, Ivy, and her best friend, Emma, and is shocked to discover the existence of a grandmother she never knew about. Determined to meet her grandmother and uncover the truth of her parents' deaths, she leaves the only home she's ever known behind. Along the way, she discovers great friends and a greater enemy on a dangerous journey of self-discovery which will end where it started … in her dreams.

Heather! This book is absolutely amazing! You had me hooked since page one and I have been unable to deviate my attention long enough to do much else today. When I couldn't be on my computer reading it, I was on my phone soaking it all up! I am absolutely in love with Darik and Haylee and am very an... view book

I just spent my entire afternoon drooling over this book. It's probably a good thing that I did not have a literal book in my hands as I would have ripped the pages with how quickly I flipped to the next chapter. In a word: outstanding. What's even more than that is that I noticed you are only seven... view book

'The Binding' is a simply outstanding read! I found myself on the edge of my seat as I anxiously flipped the page to see what would happen next with Ryan and Eliza. I have no negative comments other than that it ended entirely too quickly. Looking forward to more, -Andrea A Perception of Drea... view book

Christine, I breezed through your book in a matter of hours and greatly enjoyed it. I was exceedingly bummed that it ended when it did. I placed 'Spark' on my book shelf and would appreciate it if you took a peek at mine when you have a moment. (I understand being busy as I have an 18 month old.)... view book
