The Heroes takes place here on Earth about nine million years ago. The planet, then, is flat because it is currently in a balanced and peaceful state, but all that's about to change. When three mysterious men appear in Kio and steal the legendary and sacred Fire of Color Tablets, no one seems to know what to do but panic, except for the elder, who knows that the mission to retrieve these Tablets and keep the Lighthouses from being lit is in one person's hands. Garen is sets out to stop the three men from lighting the powerful and dangerous Lighthouses; on his journey, he meets many new friends and faces even more enemies, he'll experience death at it's greatest degree and suffer as the Pain of Loss sets in, but this is only the beginning for our young warrior in his journey to protect the earth from an unbalance that could destroy it all and an ending that will leave you wanting more.
