A new religion is gaining converts at a prodigious rate. It's simple; accept Him, and you'll be blessed. Reject Him and suffer the consequences.

Salvation lies in the name of Malak. Every day, more people convert to His burgeoning religion. His Apostles spread their message across the land, silencing non-believers.

Glenn and Rebecca have managed to avoid Malak's wrath. They see Malak for what he truly is and are determined to stop him at any cost. But the path they have placed themselves on is fraught with danger. Do they have what it takes to return the fading shimmer to the land?

Note: Everything after chapter 6 is currently out of date and only there for the word count.

They're like fish, use a couple chapters as bait, make it so that they simply must know how the... view book

YARG Review I'll get right to it. The main problem I had with your writing was that the dialogue didn't feel natural to me. It felt as though everything that was said throughout the portion I read was needed to move the story along, and nothing more. What I mean is that I knew I was reading dialo... view book

Yarg review I found the premise to be great. You had me at dragons and dinosaurs. I found the writing to be decent, as in other than a few grammar mistakes which will be found in editing, there weren't any problems. I was able to follow the story easily. My only main problem with what I read ... view book

I liked what I read. The laid-back attitude your character's communicate is a great change from the normal zombie-style story. It kind of reminded me of "The Walking Dead (comic version", in that regard. But if it is Day One of the dilemma, would they necessarily be that relaxed, or know as much as ... view book

I just finished reading the first chapter... and I'm a little conflicted on my feelings. The main problem I had was that I didn't feel connected to the story. I didn't even realize until I began this critique that Nathan mentioned Kay at the beginning. Or for that matter that Nathan was the same per... view book
